Need a Bo? we’ve got you covered

Are you travelling to attend the Dublin Taikai? You’ll probably have noticed that part of the theme is Kukishin Ryu Bojutsu, and that means you’ll need a bo for part of the training.

However travelling with a six foot staff is a pain, particularly if you’re travelling long distances for the event. To make things easier we’ll be running a bo rental scheme at the event. For €10 (plus a €10 returnable deposit) you can rent a lightweight bo for the weekend.

We’re making this available primarily for people who are flying in and we’ll have a limited number of bo available. For this reason, we’d like to ask attendees to only avail of this offer if they can’t reasonably bring their own training weapon.

Bo wil be available on a first come, first served basis, so if you want one, be sure to say so when you arrive to check in at the event.
